Camel Donga was found in January 1984 near camel donga, Nullarbor Plain, in Western Australia. It is classified as an achondrite, Ca-rich, Eucrite. Twelve stones with a total weight of 7.6 kg were originally found. Additional stones were found later with a total known weight of over 20kg. Although it is was not seen to fall the rich black glossy crust indicate it was found shortly thereafter. Camel Donga is highly prized because of rarity and beautiful fusion crust.
